Songkran Thai Grill recently launched an all-new concept and menu, which features authentic, family-style Thai street food. Executive Chef Jett created these unique, shareable dishes for guests to experience the Northeastern Thailand cooking and eating style from where he was born. Check out the new menu which features the “Grill” section, where guests can pick and choose from a variety of items, including chicken, steak, head-on shrimp, marinated pork, whole fish, squid, lobster, grilled eggs, mixed veggies and pork rib, all served family-style with three dipping sauces. The “Sizzling Hot Plate”, also known as the Pad-Khing, is served with ginger, black mushrooms, yellow soy beans, scallions, sake and with your choice of protein. Authentic side dishes include Thai herbs and fresh greens, son-in-law eggs and sticky rice.
